This free program allows contractors to easily create a proposal file compatible with SharpeSoft IPM. This allows the owner/agency using IPM to quickly import the contractors bid results into their system, speeding up the bid award process. When the contractor submits their written bid to the owner/agency, they'll simply include a BidConnect file on floppy disk or CDROM.
